Thank you for the photo, but thank you even more for the great job you did giving me the full presentation on the vehicle, and all of the features it has to offer. The walk through you gave me and detailed instructions have made the 1st week so much easier and more enjoyable. I may not of tried all of the features as quickly, or as confidently if you had not shown how easy the were to access. LOVE the hands free phone system and the i pod interface !!!

Dear Mr. Baer,
Yesterday was the second experience I’ve had with service at Infiniti for our 6-month old M35X. Mr. Jordan assisted me with the necessary information needed for our oil change, rotation, and balance of tires as well as several other matters of concern to my husband and I. Mr. Jordan advised me in a most gracious and professional manner during the initial arrival and leaving of our vehicle.
Mr. Jordan made arrangements for me to have a loaner car since my car’s work was deemed to be more extensive than previously thought and would have resulted in a very long wait for me at your service department. It made my day much easier having this loaner car to take care of a variety of errands that were very important for me to complete that day.
Later, upon completion of the details involving my Infiniti, Mr. Jordan called me and gave me a complete explanation of the work done. When I arrived to pick up the car, Mr. Jordan briefly went over what we discussed on the phone and then accompanied me to my car to go through some instructions on a couple technical procedures that I was having some difficulty comprehending.
I would highly recommend Mr. Jordan to my friends who drive Infiniti’s and will definitely call Mr. Jordan for my next routine appointment or should I have any other problems that may occur in the future.
You should be proud to have Mr. Jordan on your very able staff in your service department of Infiniti.
